By submitting this information you give PA Posse Racing, LLC the authorization to list you or your child's name and day of birth on the Kids Club web pages and paposseracing.com  website and any other form of media outlet including but not limited to TV that PA Posse Racing, LLC may be involved in. This also gives consent that your photo, if one submitted, could also be used as part of Kids Club advertising, PA Posse Racing, LLC, paposseracing.com advertising, birthday announcements, or anything of the like. If you wish never to have your name or photo released please submit that request in writing to membership@papossekidsclub.com. You must have your parent's consent to submit this form and any photos you wish to give to the Kids Club or PA Posse Racing, LLC for promotion of the media outlets or websites or to simply just post on the web sites or other media outlets we might have.
